DNR license fees could rise, change structure | The Fergus Falls Daily Journal
The Minnesota DNR has proposed some changes to the licensing process for hunters and anglers, and fees could be on the rise if Governor Mark Dayton approves the bill.
The idea behind the fee hikes is to bring more money into the program and serve a larger portion of sportsmen and women by increasing the accessibility of licenses in the state.
The fees will go up for non-residents as well as residents, but there shouldn't be too much trouble - Minnesota has some of the most affordable in-state licensing in the nation.
